Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated individual to ensure the accurate and timely implementation and coordination of our RFID tags system while supervising the High-Density Press department. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and quality control in our operations.

Main Purpose of the Position:

• Oversee the accurate and timely implementation of the RFID tags system.
• Supervise the High-Density Press department to ensure optimal functionality and productivity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12.
• Relevant computer experience.
• Forklift license (advantageous).
• Previous supervisory experience.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (understanding of Afrikaans is a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office and computer literacy.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective time management skills.
• Conflict management and leadership abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all bales are tagged and scanned within the allocated time period.
• Maintain the optimal functioning of high-density presses and manage the workforce.
• Oversee the marking and writing of bales.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.
