Search candidates who voluntarily share their CVs with approved recruiters on Work-Force. The directory supports job-title, skill, city and province search across South Africa.
Candidate opt-ins and recruiter membership requests are open. This is a new directory; matching CV availability will vary. Check with Work-Force before paying if you need a particular type or volume of candidates.
R80 per recruiter per month
The plan includes directory search and up to 100 CV views per rolling 24 hours. Search cards show target role, location and skills. A candidate’s name and contact details are shown when an authorised recruiter opens their CV.
How recruiter membership works
- Create an account or sign in and request membership with your organisation details.
- Work-Force reviews the organisation. Registration and requests do not grant CV access.
- Complete payment through the agreed Payfast checkout after approval. Work-Force confirms payment and sets your access-end date.
- Accept the recruitment-only terms, search and contact suitable candidates about genuine vacancies.
- Work-Force confirms each renewal. Cancel a recurring Payfast subscription through Payfast or contact Work-Force.
Payment and activation
Payfast is the selected payment provider. Online payments are not open yet. You can request membership now; Work-Force will contact you when payment is available. A request does not take payment or grant CV access.
This service does not guarantee a number of matching CVs, contact responses or a successful hire. It does not provide bulk exports or a marketing email list.

How much does recruiter CV access cost?
The listed plan is R80 per recruiter per month. Organisation approval, payment confirmation and accepted terms are required before access.
Can I search or download CVs immediately after registering?
No. An account and membership request do not grant search access. Work-Force must approve your organisation and confirm payment. There is no bulk CV download.
Have candidates agreed to share their information?
Candidates must separately opt in to paid recruiter access. Existing job applications are not automatically added. Candidates can update or withdraw their directory CV.
Are candidate CVs public on Google?
No. The public membership page describes the service. The private search portal and candidate information require authorised access and are excluded from indexing.
