Experience Range: 3 to 5 Years
Responsibilities:
- Quality Objectives: Identify initial Program Quality objectives, develop the quality management plan, and ensure regular follow-up.
- Objective Achievement: Achieve quality objectives including safety, regulation, environmental standards, and perceived quality, and cascade them to internal and external suppliers.
- Risk Assessment: Monitor objectives through risk assessment based on FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), special characteristics, capabilities, tolerance stacks, PPM, etc.
- Process Authority: Have the authority to halt any process or product delivery in case of serious non-conformance.
- Validation Plans: Approve the “Design Validation Plan” and “Production Validation Test” established by Engineering and ensure their completion according to program milestones.
- Measurement and Testing: Lead the development and production process for measurement, checking, and testing fixtures and gauges.
- Control Plans: Define control plans.
- Conformity and Traceability: Ensure conformity, perceived quality, and traceability of parts delivered to the customer throughout development phases.
- PPA Files: Prepare and compile the Production Part Approval (PPA) files, and support the Plant Quality Engineer with the submission of initial samples, including process validation audits.
- Customer Relations: Lead the relationship with Customer Program Quality.
- Standards Compliance: Apply Program Management System and Engineering Change Management and standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
