We are looking for a skilled Solar Technician to join our team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar technology and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Installation and Maintenance:
- Install and maintain solar PV systems in accordance with established standards and regulations.
- Troubleshooting and Repair:
- Diagnose and repair faults and issues within solar PV systems.
- Routine Inspections:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure the efficiency and reliability of solar systems.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor system performance and prepare detailed reports on energy production and system status.
- Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and achieve operational goals.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent support to clients regarding solar energy solutions and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in solar technology.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Solar Technician or in a similar role.
- Certification/Training:
- Certification or training in solar technology or related fields.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Problem-Solving:
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Communication:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical Requirements:
- Willingness to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Driver’s License:
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
