Duties & Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Manage and file documents effectively.
- Operating Procedures: Document procedures and resolve queries.
- Data Capturing: Capture attendance and other relevant data accurately.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks and set up assessment cycles.
- Storeroom Management: Manage storeroom inventory and archive documents.
- Support Campus Activities: Assist with student registration, orientation, open days, internal and external audits, and graduation events.
- Deadline Management: Support management and the Academic team to meet deadlines and resolve student queries within agreed time frames.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualifications: Administration qualification, Degree/Advanced Diploma.
- Experience: Experience in administrative duties and client services, with prior experience within an Educational Institution.
Key Competencies:
- Knowledge: Understanding of the South African higher education systems and regulatory framework.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for accuracy and detail.
- Customer Service: Customer service-oriented with effective communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to cope with change and work well under pressure.
- Teamwork: Capable of working in a team environment.
Salary: Market related.
