Posted recently. We believe great workplaces are built on great people. We are looking for a Executive Assistant in Christiana, and we encourage applicants from across North West to consider this opportunity.

Overview

This Executive Assistant role has been briefed against a clear set of outcomes for Christiana. The successful candidate will work alongside an established team and will be expected to contribute meaningfully to the administration jobs pipeline across North West.

Expect a structured first ninety days, with onboarding milestones, regular check-ins, and an early focus on getting comfortable with the systems and processes that underpin the Christiana team.

Internal documentation, process notes and shared playbooks make it easier for the Executive Assistant to step into the administration jobs workflow quickly. Institutional knowledge is well-organised, so people are not reinventing the wheel from one week to the next.

About the Team

The team you will be working with is fast-paced and energetic. Things move quickly across the Christiana office, and the people who thrive here are the ones who plan ahead, communicate openly and pick up the slack when North West operations get busy.

Practically speaking, the team mix in Christiana reflects a balance of experienced operators and emerging talent, with deliberate space for diverse voices and backgrounds.

Line management is hands-on without being heavy. Expect regular one-to-ones, honest feedback and the support needed to do good work consistently.

Day in the Life

Your day starts at the front of the business, ready to greet visitors, answer the switchboard and make sure the leadership diaries are in order. Through the morning you balance calls, couriers, capturing data and supporting projects with neat, accurate work. After lunch, you might be preparing minutes from a board pack, helping HR onboard a new starter, or chasing a courier across town. By close of day, every desk you support knows you have it covered, and the office is set up for a calm, productive tomorrow.

No two days look exactly the same — and that variety is part of what keeps the role engaging for the right candidate in Christiana.

Importantly, the rhythm rewards people who plan ahead but also pivot quickly when North West operations throw up the unexpected.
