About the Role: The Systems Analyst will be responsible for planning and implementing efficient information and operational systems to support core organizational functions. Requirements:
- Education: College diploma or university degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 5 years of related work experience in overseeing the design, implementation, and support of software and hardware solutions.
- Software Experience: Extensive experience with core software applications, including Microsoft NAV & BC.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of organizational goals and objectives.
- Knowledge of Accounting principles.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and design of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
- Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to define business requirements, system goals, and resolve issues.
- Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house and 3rd party computing systems.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness of existing systems and develop improvement strategies.
- Assist in deploying new applications and enhancements.
- Research hardware and software products for purchasing decisions and recommendations.
- Create system models, specifications, diagrams, and charts for system programmers.
- Coordinate and conduct in-depth tests for modified and new systems.
- Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
- Offer ongoing system support and handle financial reconciliations and inquiries.
- Perform root cause analysis and reporting.
