Overview
The Teller position at our Vredendal Branch is currently vacant. The primary responsibility of this role is to count and verify clients’ money accurately and efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
- Criminal Record: Must have a clear criminal record.
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computers and relevant software.
- Experience: At least 2 years of cashier experience or a similar role.
- Pressure Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Job Specification
- Cash Processing Compliance: Ensure adherence to cash processing procedures at all times.
- Money Counting and Verification: Accurately count and verify cash received from clients.
- Balancing and Reconciling: Balance and reconcile cash amounts to ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Equipment Operation: Operate money counting machines efficiently to facilitate cash handling.
- ATM Packing: Responsible for packing ATMs with cash as required.
