Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Exceed customer expectations by applying effective selling techniques and providing friendly, courteous assistance.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet and surpass individual sales targets while identifying opportunities to increase turnover.
- Stock Management: Adhere to stock loss controls, ensure all outgoing items are scanned and paid for, and process all loyalty cards, including those from accelerated partners.
- Transaction Handling: Accurately receive, verify, and process all payments, including cash, cards, vouchers, and coupons.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising to optimize sales and create an inspiring shopping environment.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, address and resolve stock queries, and report customer compliments and complaints to management.

Minimum Requirements:
- Essential:
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Up to 6 months of retail experience.
- Special Conditions of Employment:
- Clear credit and criminal record.
- Willing and able to work retail hours.
- South African citizen.
- Advantageous:
- 1 year of experience in retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of current clothing trends or outdoor lifestyle (depending on the brand).
