We are seeking a highly skilled OEM Account Manager to develop and nurture relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). This role is essential for ensuring our products and services align with OEM requirements, driving mutual success and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners.
- Ensure alignment of company offerings with OEM needs and expectations.
- Contract Management:
- Manage OEM contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
- Product and Service Alignment:
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor products and services to OEM specifications.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for OEM partnerships.
- Performance Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on OEM performance and market trends to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the OEM management process.
Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in OEM management, preferably within the equipment manufacturing industry.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with OEM contract management and compliance.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry software.
