Duties and Responsibilities:
- Exceed customer expectations by practicing effective customer selling techniques.
- Adhere to stock loss controls and store procedures to ensure the security of merchandise.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.
- Maximize sales opportunities by identifying and acting on opportunities to increase turnover.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising to optimize sales.
- Create and sustain an inspiring and welcoming environment for customers.
