About the Role
The Systems Analyst will play a critical role in designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining automation and integration systems across the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC). These systems will be aligned with business processes and comply with both internal and external governance. The Systems Analyst will also provide technical support and query resolution while liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation and integration systems aligned with business processes.
- Provide technical system support and resolve queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with system partners to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to governance and compliance protocols.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Education: A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Experience: 3-5 years’ experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of system architecture, design principles, and SDLC.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in Systems Design and Analysis.
- Knowledge of System Architecture, design principles, and SDLC.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Must be contactable via own mobile phone.
- Availability after hours in case of emergencies.
