What You Will Be Doing

As a Software Development Manager, you will lead multiple technical teams through the full product lifecycle—from feature development to support and maintenance. You will drive continuous improvements in efficiency, optimization, innovation, and team development, ensuring that we deliver the best solutions while supporting the growth of our people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple technical teams through the complete product lifecycle, from development to maintenance.
  • Drive efficiency, optimization, and innovation within the team.
  • Foster team development, ensuring that the technical staff grows both professionally and personally.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects through agile development, prioritization, and effective management of deliverables.
  • Engage with stakeholders through strong communication and relationship management.
  • Influence other areas through leadership, contributing to cross-functional success.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • At least 5 years’ experience in software development management.
    • Proven experience leading technical teams in an agile development environment.
    • Experience crafting roadmaps, managing budgets, and delivering on priorities.
    • Strong background in people management, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team development skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Functional knowledge of specific products (e.g., Credit or App) is an advantage.
