Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling products to customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. The Salesperson will develop and maintain relationships with customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products.
Key Duties:
- Sales Activities:
- Generate sales and maximize profit through effective sales strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue goals.
- Customer Interaction:
- Provide excellent customer service to attract and retain customers.
- Deal with customers in a customer-centric manner, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Merchandising:
- Utilize merchandising techniques to attract customers and promote products.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage cash and credit processes in accordance with company policies.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales and customer interactions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Experience:
- 7 to 12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail.

- Demonstrated self-motivation and drive to achieve sales targets.

- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address customer needs.

- Understanding of sales and prospecting processes.
- Retail Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and merchandising.
- Product Knowledge:
- Extensive product knowledge across all categories.
- Personal Attributes:
- Courage and confidence in sales situations.
- Emotional maturity and personal resilience.
- High levels of drive and energy.
