Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Assist clients with opening accounts and address all betting-related queries.
• Sales and Activations: Drive daily sales by effectively demonstrating and explainingmobile products and services to encourage purchases.
• Marketing Campaigns: Implement mobile marketing campaigns to boost sales and attract new online accounts.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report progress to management daily.
• Brand Promotion: Actively promote the mobile brand and drive customer engagement.
• Event and Display Management: Set up and arrange displays at various outlets, events, and promotions to attract potential and existing customers.
• Account Management: Assist customers with submitting correct FICA documents for new account openings and ensure they utilize sign-up bonuses.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper management, safekeeping, and maintenance of all mobile equipment.
• Training and Development: Complete weekly training modules, including Moodle, bet strike, Voice Note Training, and Trainers on Wheels.
• Flexibility: Be prepared to move between branches and stores as operational needs require.
• Additional Duties: Perform any other related tasks as required within the business.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in sales, promotions, or marketing.
• Skills:
  • Excellent listening and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Results-driven with a strong understanding of mobile and internet betting.
  • Knowledge of betting procedures and top-up voucher (TUV) distribution.
  • Strong systems and sales knowledge.
