Core Functions

  • File, scan and archive documents in line with retention policies
  • Capture data accurately into internal systems and registers
  • Process invoices, requisitions and expense claims for approval
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and in line with POPIA
  • Maintain visitor registers and ensure compliance with access protocols
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors and service providers

Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable working with finance, HR and operational systems
  • Reliable, punctual and committed to high service standards
  • Professional, courteous manner with strong customer-service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
  • Good written and verbal communication in English
