Our client, who is a small Auditors firm is looking for an accurate and admin orientated Personal Assistant to join their firm as soon as possible in Wapadrand, Pretoria-East area

Minimum requirements:

  • Previous experience within the financial industry would be an advantage
  • 3+ years working experience within the same or similar role
  • Excellent administration skills and a fast learner
  • Ability to think out of the box and wanting to learn more
  • Someone that has an interest in the industry
  • Pastel experience would be beneficial but can be taught
  • Working hours:  Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 16:00 and Fridays 07:00 – 13:00
  • Own car and driver’s license
  • 15 Days leave per year and closed over Christmas

Duties will include but is not limited to:

  • Full function reception duties should it be necessary
    • All administrative duties as may be required, including reception
    • Office stationary
    • Filing
    • Database / CRM Management
    • Archive system management
    • All communication, verbally and written to clients, SARS and other institutions
    • Engagement letters with clients
    • All registrations with SARS, UIF, WCA, etc
    • All CIPC secretarial duties
    • Billing and debtors
    • Payroll
    • Pastel capturing when needed
    • Other duties as may arise from time to time, and as may arise from time to time
