As an Office Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will oversee administrative tasks, manage office resources, and supervise a team of administrative staff to support the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support.
- Administrative Oversight: Oversee the execution of various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Office Resource Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a well-organized and functional work environment.
- Procurement: Assist in the procurement of office supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
- Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and resolving issues as needed.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and organize office events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring successful execution and participant satisfaction.
- Reporting: Compile and analyze data to generate reports on office operations and performance metrics.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to office operations and administrative functions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role, preferably in an office environment.
Skills and Competencies
- Leadership: Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team, delegating tasks and providing guidance to ensure productivity and efficiency.
