• Site Clean-Up: Cleaning and organizing work areas after repairs and maintenance work.
• Maintenance Requests: Assisting with minor maintenance requests from building tenants or managers.
• Supply Management: Helping track tools and supplies needed for maintenance work.
Qualifications

• Basic Handyman Skills: Familiarity with tools and basic repair tasks.
