Are you an experienced Marketing Specialist with a passion for driving business growth through digital marketing? Join our dynamic team and contribute to existing marketing programs while helping to develop new initiatives aligned with company and client goals.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media: Develop and execute comprehensive digital paid media strategies. Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns for eCommerce, awareness, and lead generation. Efficiently manage budgets to maximize impact and collect and segment 1st party data for personalized advertising experiences.
  • SEO: Implement on-site and off-site SEO strategies to increase organic traffic. Conduct keyword research and analysis, and optimize web content and metadata. Basic knowledge of HTML development is a plus.
  • Graphic Design: Create designs using Canva and Figma for social media posts, website banners, marketing emails, and in-store materials. Ensure designs align with branding and marketing goals.
  • Website Design & Optimization: Enhance user experience and conversion rates through front-end website improvements. Identify optimization opportunities and conduct A/B testing.
  • Email Marketing: Design and implement conversion-focused email campaigns. Monitor performance metrics such as open rates and CTR.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) including content posting, customer engagement, and response to queries. Increase social engagement and brand visibility.
  • Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for ads, social posts, email marketing, and retail to drive conversions and engagement.
  • Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4). Provide actionable insights based on eCommerce and lead generation metrics.
  • Marketing Management: Plan and execute a retail marketing calendar. Manage marketing critical paths and oversee monthly promotions. Handle marketing budgets and scale as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Required:
    • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
    • Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO for eCommerce.
    • Proficiency in front-end website design, email marketing, social media management, copywriting, and marketing automation tools.
    • Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics (GA4, Google Tag Manager).
    • Project management skills and Excel proficiency.
  • Preferred:
    • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, and Shopify.
    • Experience with Shopify Flow, Zapier, and tech products.
    • Familiarity with Figma and Canva.

Goals & Expectations:

  • Develop and manage marketing strategies from inception to execution.
  • Optimize and scale campaigns to drive online sales and lead generation.
  • Report on performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage budgets to maximize ROI and brainstorm creative solutions for business growth.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
