Delivery Lead: Data and Analytics position available. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Delivery Lead to shape the future of personal banking by identifying client challenges and developing data-driven solutions. In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of diverse data solutions, including analytics and machine learning models, ensuring they address real client problems and deliver tangible business benefits. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and oversee the successful deployment of high-quality data products.

- Leadership:
- Provide direction and mentorship to your team, ensuring alignment with company goals.

- Product Delivery:
- Oversee the successful delivery of product features, from conception to deployment.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with client needs and business objectives.
- Efficiency and Optimization:
- Continuously drive efficiency improvements within client engagement processes.
- Implement strategies to optimize project workflows and outcomes.
- Innovation:
- Encourage a culture of innovation, promoting creative solutions and new approaches.
- Explore and integrate emerging technologies to enhance data solutions.
- People Development:
- Support the growth and development of team members, offering guidance and feedback.
- Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience leading and mentoring teams with varying data skills (e.g., data engineers, analysts, and data scientists).
- Demonstrated experience in progressive database or software development roles.
- Experience in validating work within a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships and aligning with project goals.
- Proven ability to deliver projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and adapting to changing requirements.
- Solid understanding of general business principles, including budgeting and accounting.
- Competence in business analysis and design to align software solutions with business needs.
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Extensive experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
