Essential Criteria
- Relevant IT qualification (degree, diploma or recognised certifications)

- Good written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems
