We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with site-specific security requirements and meeting client needs professionally. The ideal candidate will excel in administration, communication, and time management while maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Ensure the branch operates effectively and efficiently.
- Adhere to all site-specific security protocols and procedures.
- Oversee daily operations and manage resources to meet client needs.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Complete and submit all daily reports by the end of the shift.
- Maintain up-to-date registers and ensure compliance with Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs).
- Report discrepancies over R50.00, faulty equipment, and consumables to the Branch Manager.
- Handle queries, incidents, and initial investigation reports.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is accurate, complete, and filed appropriately.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication:
- Provide detailed feedback on queries and stock levels to the SBSA team.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of daily reports and statistics.
- Honor the TAT by meeting the 2-hour rule for report submissions.
- Dispatch stationary orders (e.g., rubber bands, deposit books) to clients promptly.
- Secure and distribute footage as needed.
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage filing, archiving, and dispatching of documents as per SOPs.
- Ensure documentation is kept neat and organized.
- Oversee the handover of TDCs to the respective CIT company and ensure proper documentation and confirmation.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Report all incidents to the Branch Manager and Regional CLO daily.
- Provide detailed and accurate feedback to the SBSA team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of tasks and responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 Certificate
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong interaction skills with bilingual communication abilities
- Professional demeanor and excellent administration skills
- Exceptional writing, reporting, and time management skills
- Honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness
