Yes. Building, downloading a text CV and printing or saving a PDF are free. You do not need an account to use those features.
How do I download my CV as a PDF?
Complete your name and at least one contact method, then choose Print / save PDF. In your browser’s print window, choose Save as PDF, A4 paper and no browser headers or footers. Check the saved file before applying.
Can I make a CV without work experience?
Yes. Select the first-job option in Experience. Use your actual education, projects, volunteering and skills. Leave out invented employers, duties and qualifications.
How can I edit my CV later?
Choose Download draft to save an editable JSON file, then Open draft to restore it later. You can also select Save my draft on this device on your own computer. A PDF is the finished document; it is not the editable draft.
Does building a CV share it with recruiters?

Does downloading my CV apply for a job?
No. Follow the application instructions in the vacancy and submit your CV through the required channel. The builder does not send job applications.
