An opportunity has arisen for a Office Administrator in Mmabatho. Suitably qualified candidates from across North West are invited to apply.
What This Role Involves
The Office Administrator vacancy forms part of how the Mmabatho branch keeps performing. It pairs day-to-day delivery with longer-running priorities that keep the administration jobs side of the business moving forward.
Communication runs both ways. Managers across the administration jobs team in North West make time for one-to-ones, and people are expected to speak up early when something needs attention.
Beyond that, the role has been written to be sustainable, not just busy. Strong output is expected, and managers in Mmabatho also pay attention to recovery, learning and the kind of breathing room that keeps people doing good work over time.

About the Team
Crucially, the team you will be working with is fast-paced and energetic. Things move quickly across the Mmabatho office, and the people who thrive here are the ones who plan ahead, communicate openly and pick up the slack when North West operations get busy.
Collaboration is the default working mode. Whether picking up a quick query or working through a complex project, you will find colleagues willing to lean in and help.
Line management is hands-on without being heavy. Expect regular one-to-ones, honest feedback and the support needed to do good work consistently.
A Typical Day
Your day starts at the front of the business, ready to greet visitors, answer the switchboard and make sure the leadership diaries are in order. Through the morning you balance calls, couriers, capturing data and supporting projects with neat, accurate work. After lunch, you might be preparing minutes from a board pack, helping HR onboard a new starter, or chasing a courier across town. By close of day, every desk you support knows you have it covered, and the office is set up for a calm, productive tomorrow.
No two days look exactly the same — and that variety is part of what keeps the role engaging for the right candidate in Mmabatho.
Importantly, the rhythm rewards people who plan ahead but also pivot quickly when North West operations throw up the unexpected.
