Work-Force
A Marketing Analyst is needed in Knysna. The role focuses on consistent delivery, accurate work and clear communication across the Western Cape operation.
The Role
This Marketing Analyst role sits within the marketing jobs function in Knysna. It offers a defined scope, clear measures of success, and the support of an experienced team across Western Cape.
The organisation keeps reporting lines clean and expectations realistic. Performance is measured against a small, agreed set of metrics, and there are no surprise yardsticks for the Marketing Analyst taking on this position.
Importantly, the role has been written to be sustainable, not just busy. Strong output is expected, and managers in Knysna also pay attention to recovery, learning and the kind of breathing room that keeps people doing good work over time.
Our Commitment to Transformation
Beyond that, the organisation is committed to transformation and equal opportunity. Hiring is on merit, and applications are actively encouraged from women, youth, people with disabilities and other historically disadvantaged groups in line with the Employment Equity plan and B-BBEE objectives.
B-BBEE compliance is more than a scorecard here. It informs how the business invests in skills development, supplier diversity and community engagement across the country.
Inclusive hiring extends through onboarding and into how teams operate every day. Respectful, fair conduct is expected from every team member in Knysna.
The Environment
Crucially, the environment is creative, deadline-driven and data-aware. Cross-functional work with sales, product and design is the norm, and ideas are tested with real audiences quickly.
Health, safety and well-being are taken seriously. Current policies and procedures are maintained, and the Knysna site adheres to the standards expected of a responsible South African employer.
