Minopex is seeking recent graduates to join our Graduate Programme for Metallurgical Processing. This programme is designed to provide fresh talent with valuable industry experience and professional development through practical learning. We are looking for high-performing, disciplined, dedicated, and self-motivated individuals to be part of our dynamic team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Practical Learning: Gain hands-on experience and develop skills through personal interaction with senior, experienced staff.
- Coaching and Training: Learn through coaching and on-the-job training, addressing real challenges in the workplace.
- Continuous Development: Engage in ongoing assessment and feedback to enhance professional growth.
- Rotation: Be willing to rotate between Minopex operations to gain comprehensive exposure.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Up to one year of work experience is advantageous.
- Computer literate in MS Office.
- Proficient in English.
- Must be a South African Citizen.
Additional Information:
- The Programme is a 2-year fixed-term opportunity.
- Permanent employment is not guaranteed upon completion of the programme.
