Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will oversee the entire warehouse process, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods, while ensuring operational efficiency and staff productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including staff supervision.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock control and storage.
- Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods to customers or retail outlets.
- Develop and implement warehouse management procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance performance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in warehouse management software and inventory control.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse setting.
