  • Coordinate performance management cycles and calibration sessions
  • Manage relationships with unions and prepare for wage negotiations

Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years’ generalist HR experience in a structured environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Member or affiliate of SABPP or IPM is an advantage
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion
  • Experience supporting CCMA, disciplinary and grievance processes
