Security Site Supervisor

Work-Force

The organisation is recruiting a Security Site Supervisor for its Margate operation. The role forms part of a wider legal and security jobs portfolio across KwaZulu-Natal.

About This Position

Beyond that, the Security Site Supervisor vacancy forms part of how the Margate branch keeps performing. It pairs day-to-day delivery with longer-running priorities that keep the legal and security jobs side of the business moving forward.

Communication runs both ways. Managers across the legal and security jobs team in KwaZulu-Natal make time for one-to-ones, and people are expected to speak up early when something needs attention.

Stakeholders for this position include line managers, peers across the legal and security jobs team and trusted external partners. Building those relationships early makes the next twelve months in Margate much easier.

Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Margate teams, and the new Security Site Supervisor will feel that from the first week.

Your Team

You will join a tight-knit, collaborative team that knows the legal and security jobs side of the business inside out. The Margate group is a healthy mix of experienced operators and newer joiners, all of whom share a strong commitment to delivery and to one another.

Collaboration is the default working mode. Whether picking up a quick query or working through a complex project, you will find colleagues willing to lean in and help.

On top of that, the team structure and working relationships for this role in Margate will be explained during the hiring process.

Line management is hands-on without being heavy. Expect regular one-to-ones, honest feedback and the support needed to do good work consistently.

Training is a mix of formal courses, structured on-the-job learning and exposure to broader projects, all geared at building practical skills.

Your Workplace

In addition, the environment is process-driven and regulation-aware. Whether you are at a desk or on site, attention to detail, calm conduct and accurate reporting are non-negotiable.
