Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive our business growth. This role is crucial for achieving set targets, building a strong sales team, and fostering a high-performance culture within the organization.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Set Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Build and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performance sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Drive High-Performance Culture: Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the sales team.
  • Track Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of Account Executives (AEs), ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
  • Understand Portfolios: Gain in-depth knowledge of each AE’s portfolio, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Build Brand Awareness: Enhance the SK Sales brand presence in the market.
  • Educate the Trade Market: Develop and implement strategies to educate the trade market about our products and services.
  • Customer Engagement: Drive effective and consistent engagement with clients, ensuring multi-level relationships.
  • Manage Client Expenditure: Oversee and control client expenditure, ensuring all engagements provide ROI and align with strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Media or Marketing Degree or equivalent, with a strong understanding of sales, media, and marketing strategy.

Experience:

  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the Media industry.
  • Managerial Experience: At least 2 years of experience at a managerial level leading a high-performance sales team.

Skills:

  • Networking: Exceptional ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Direct Sales: Strong expertise in direct sales strategies.
  • Media Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the media industry.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong command of numbers with excellent analytical and logical thinking skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving abilities with a professional demeanor.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Excel: Advanced proficiency in Excel.
