Role Overview: We are seeking tech-savvy, retail-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team as iStore Sales Consultants. In this role, you will maximize sales opportunities and ensure that every customer receives a hands-on experience with the latest Apple technology and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and present comprehensive solutions.
- Create memorable customer experiences by providing expert knowledge on iStore products.
- Utilize provided training and resources to excel in delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a minimum of a Matric certificate.
- Possesses some sales experience, preferably in retail, or has product knowledge relevant to the role.
- Demonstrates a passion for Apple products and has some experience working with them.
- Thrives in a team environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
