Payroll Administrator

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, managing payroll deductions, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing: Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
• Deductions and Taxes: Calculate and manage payroll deductions, taxes, and benefits.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Reporting: Prepare and distribute payroll reports and summaries.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and perform year-end reporting.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of payroll practices and relevant legislation.
• Software: Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP).
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
