Key Outputs

  • Support HR with onboarding logistics for new starters
  • Coordinate office supplies, courier bookings and facilities requests
  • Update intranet pages, notice boards and internal directories
  • Answer incoming calls and route enquiries to the correct department
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors and service providers
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and in line with POPIA

Essential Criteria

  • Excellent telephone and email etiquette
  • Discretion when handling confidential and POPIA-sensitive information
  • Contactable references may be requested during the hiring process
  • Good written and verbal communication skills appropriate to the role
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
