Work-Force is looking for an Information Desk Attendant to work at a busy shopping center in Pretoria. As an Information Desk Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing them with information and assistance.
Role Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for:
• Visitor Assistance: Providing directions and information to visitors, including store locations and event details.
• Customer Inquiries: Handling customer questions about store services and amenities.
• Lost and Found: Managing the lost and found section, logging lost items and assisting with their return.
• Promotional Materials: Distributing flyers, coupons, or other promotional materials to visitors.
• Communication: Answering phone calls and assisting with general inquiries.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
