We are seeking a detail-oriented Helpdesk Consultant for our Worcester office. In this role, you will provide first-line technical support to clients, resolving inquiries and offering guidance on product-related issues. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that customers receive prompt and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and provide technical assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
- Escalate more complex problems to senior consultants as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Assist in updating helpdesk knowledge base articles and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical support or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software and troubleshooting techniques.
