Core Functions
- Manage brand assets, tone of voice and corporate identity guidelines
- Brief and manage external creative, media and PR agencies
- Support sales teams with collateral, presentations and trade activations
- Maintain the editorial and content calendar across owned channels
- Ensure all marketing complies with POPIA and consumer protection codes
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning
- Manage paid media budgets across Google, Meta and LinkedIn
Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with the South African media and influencer landscape
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, design and product teams
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio of published work
- Awareness of POPIA and consumer protection requirements
- Strong project management and organisational skills
