The Role

The organisation is investing in its Polokwane operation, and this Concierge position reflects that commitment. The successful candidate will work across the hospitality jobs function and contribute to the wider Limpopo business.

Day-to-day, the role balances focused delivery with the kind of collaboration that keeps things moving. The successful candidate is trusted to make sensible decisions inside the agreed scope, with line-management support whenever a sounding board is useful.

Tools, systems and information are there to support the role rather than slow it down. The company continues to invest in the technology that backs its Polokwane teams, and the new Concierge will feel that from the first week.

Internal documentation, process notes and shared playbooks make it easier for the Concierge to step into the hospitality jobs workflow quickly. Institutional knowledge is well-organised, so people are not reinventing the wheel from one week to the next.
