Booking Agent opportunity in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Location: Strand. Western Cape Salary: Basic R3000 plus lucrative commission structure The key requirements and competencies we are looking for in our Booking Agents are as follows: Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently follow scripts while maintaining a natural, engaging, and persuasive communication style. Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with prospects. Capable of managing a high volume of outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled at identifying, handling, and overcoming prospect objections to achieve successful outcomes and close bookings. Consistently meet or exceed individual and team targets and performance metrics. Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven with a competitive mindset – Money Hungry.
Excellent multitasking abilities, including managing prospect conversations while accurately capturing information. Demonstrate patience and professionalism when dealing with challenging or lengthy prospect interactions. Strong stress management skills, with the ability to remain composed and prospect-focused under pressure.
Adaptable and quick to learn new products, processes, and changes within the business.
