Daily Duties
- Track and report on departmental KPIs through standard templates
- Update intranet pages, notice boards and internal directories
- Provide administrative support to projects and special initiatives
- Answer incoming calls and route enquiries to the correct department
- Maintain visitor registers and ensure compliance with access protocols
- Handle confidential information with discretion and in line with POPIA
- Manage diaries, meetings and travel logistics for the leadership team
Candidate Profile
- Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
- Comfortable working with finance, HR and operational systems
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Clear criminal record and contactable references
