Daily Duties

  • Provide administrative support to projects and special initiatives

  • Maintain visitor registers and ensure compliance with access protocols
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and in line with POPIA
  • Manage diaries, meetings and travel logistics for the leadership team

Candidate Profile

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
  • Comfortable working with finance, HR and operational systems
  • Good written and verbal communication in English
  • Excellent telephone and email etiquette
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Clear criminal record and contactable references
