Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Creditors/Admin Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, processing invoices, and providing administrative support to the finance department. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and credit memos in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify and reconcile vendor statements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions.
  • Monitor payment deadlines and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Assist with month-end financial closing processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and inquiries.
  • Process NLAG stock PO’s and clear transactions.
  • Handle customer gift voucher requests from website registrations, ensuring correct documentation (e.g., ID copy, tax invoice) and verifying against the merchandise department’s master sheet.
  • Check tax invoices or store receipts for articles and determine customer eligibility based on campaign requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
