Key Responsibilities
- Provide feedback to your mentor on learning gaps and goals
- Shadow experienced professionals and learn department-specific processes
- Comply with all company policies, codes of conduct and safety rules
- Network with internal and external stakeholders during projects
- Support live projects under the guidance of senior team members
- Attend on-site and online learning sessions linked to your qualification
- Apply theory from your studies to real workplace scenarios
Minimum Requirements
- Letter from your TVET college or university confirming the in-service training requirement
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Willingness to learn, take feedback and adapt quickly
- Currently studying toward a recognised qualification at NQF Level 5 or higher
- Commitment to youth-development and transformation objectives
- Strong work ethic and professional behaviour at all times
