Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Plasterer in Bloemfontein to assist with plastering and finishing tasks on construction sites. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience and training in plastering techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces according to specifications.
- Support with mixing plaster, preparing surfaces, and setting up scaffolding.
- Learn and apply plastering techniques and safety procedures under supervision.
- Help with inspecting and maintaining plastering tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Certificate or diploma in Plastering or a related field is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of plastering principles and safety standards.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
