This Programme aims to develop skilled Continuous Improvement Engineers by providing recent graduates with valuable industry experience and professional development through practical learning.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured Graduate Programme designed to offer hands-on experience and industry insights.
- Engage in practical learning through personal interaction with senior, experienced staff.
- Receive coaching and on-the-job training to tackle real challenges in the workplace.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our business operations through rotations between Minopex operations.
- Benefit from ongoing assessment and feedback to enhance professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- 1 – 2 years of work experience is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong command of the English language.
- South African Citizen.
Additional Information:
- This is a 2-year fixed-term programme, and permanent employment is not guaranteed upon completion.
- Successful applicants must be open to rotating between Minopex operations.
