We are seeking an experienced Store and Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our store and warehouse operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficiency in inventory management, customer service, and team leadership while driving sales and optimizing resource allocation.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee store and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution of products.
- Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations to provide a safe working environment for all staff.
- Policy Development:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Inventory Management:
- Analyze and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimum stock levels are maintained.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of store and warehouse staff, driving performance and continual improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align warehouse operations with business goals.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations and customer service.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in store and warehouse management, particularly in the FMCG industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse best practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
