Join Work-Force as a Supply Chain Coordinator in Cape Town, where you will play a key role in managing the supply chain flow between our suppliers, warehouses, and customers in the Western Cape region.

Role Overview
In this position, you will:

• Coordinate supply chain activities: Ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers throughout the Western Cape.
• Work with multiple stakeholders: Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels: Ensure stock levels meet demand forecasts, especially during peak seasons such as the Cape’s fruit export season.
• Improve efficiency: Analyze data to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.
• Maintain compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to South African trade and transport regulations.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

• Bachelor’s degree: In supply chain management or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain coordination: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably in the Western Cape.
• Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret logistics data.
• Communication skills: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep supply chain processes running smoothly.
