Supply Chain Analyst

Work-Force

A Supply Chain Analyst is needed in East London. The role focuses on consistent delivery, accurate work and clear communication across the Eastern Cape operation.

Overview

The Supply Chain Analyst vacancy forms part of how the East London branch keeps performing. It pairs day-to-day delivery with longer-running priorities that keep the logistics jobs side of the business moving forward.

Communication runs both ways. Managers across the logistics jobs team in Eastern Cape make time for one-to-ones, and people are expected to speak up early when something needs attention.

Internal documentation, process notes and shared playbooks make it easier for the Supply Chain Analyst to step into the logistics jobs workflow quickly. Institutional knowledge is well-organised, so people are not reinventing the wheel from one week to the next.

Your Team

Crucially, the team you will be working with is fast-paced and energetic. Things move quickly across the East London office, and the people who thrive here are the ones who plan ahead, communicate openly and pick up the slack when Eastern Cape operations get busy.

Beyond that, the team structure and working relationships for this role in East London will be explained during the hiring process.

Line management is hands-on without being heavy. Expect regular one-to-ones, honest feedback and the support needed to do good work consistently.

Your Workplace

Beyond that, the environment is operationally driven and physical at times, with shift-based work, strict safety standards and a strong focus on accuracy and on-time delivery.

On top of that, the working environment is set up to give the team the focus needed for deeper work, while keeping collaboration and quick problem-solving close at hand.

Crucially, the role is intended to operate under the hiring organisation’s workplace conduct, health and safety policies in Eastern Cape.
