Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to design and implement end-to-end banking solutions. The successful candidate will lead technical projects, collaborate with various stakeholders, and ensure that solutions comply with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Banking Solutions:
- Develop end-to-end banking solutions tailored to business needs.
- Create detailed architectural plans and technical designs.
- Project Leadership:
- Lead technical projects from inception through completion.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring milestones and objectives are met.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years as a Solutions Architect within the banking sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in TOGAF, AWS, BIAN, and other architectural frameworks.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in banking technology.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Additional Information:
- Location and Terms:
- Candidates must be based in South Africa (preferably Gauteng, with the ability to travel to Johannesburg for meetings).
- Hybrid work model (2 to 3 days in the office).
- Foreign nationals residing in Gauteng with valid visas will be considered.
