- Strong analytical, problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- BEng, BTech or National Diploma in Engineering
- Sound knowledge of the OHS Act and applicable SANS standards
- Experience leading site teams or contractors is an advantage
