We are offering an In-Service Training opportunity for Electrical Technicians in Midrand, Gauteng. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience and practical exposure to aspiring electrical technicians currently pursuing a technical qualification. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Support troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical faults in a variety of industrial and commercial settings.
- Participate in the inspection and testing of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Assist in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, electrical plans, and blueprints.
- Provide technical support and learn the application of industry-standard tools and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Comply with safety procedures and company policies throughout the training period.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and wiring.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficient in reading and understanding technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
